You have made a booboo in your response by naming the Anonymous person that left the review, big no no!
Received a shipping notification, waited 5 working days, nothing, contacted company, and no item actually shipped because I didn't send through a copy of an ID in response to an email I never received asking for ID and that is why it wasn't shipped, Make it make sense. How was a shipping notice sent if the item was never shipped either.
I understand the need to check IDs however, NO EMAIL TO VERIFY OR SEND ID was received, inbox, junk and deleted emails check nothing, bad business practise to place the Blame for company errors onto new customers, I sent you a screenshot of the email shipping notice email, you sent me a date and time of apparent email ID request, so that tells me you didn't send the email to me nor the item from the so called shipping email I received.
